• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition surveyor, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the premises, company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim defects that could have been noticed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller for the item. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each auction has its own collection fee; if you win multiple auctions, a collection fee must be paid for each. • 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several days to a week. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions that apply to this auction before placing an offer.
