Items come from active use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. • 🔕 Origin of items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate—please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchanges or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Always verify any relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection records via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration can take from several days up to a week. Please bear this in mind when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Utility disconnection: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower resold price, plus any agency and collection fees with full interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions that apply to this auction before bidding.
