The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector so there may be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must inspect the lot and any company documents or papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle roadworthiness: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several days to a week. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Service disconnections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of 50 € / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
