• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use or storage, in their current condition. The seller has photographed the lot for the listing. The item has not been checked by a surveyor, so there may be hidden faults not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Viewing: Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and papers before bidding. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that would have been visible on inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: Payment must be made within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions, contact us. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include recoverable VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Items originate from a bankruptcy estate. They are not new; defects or missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final. Check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle tax, equipment condition, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check taxes, registration and inspection details on Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid they transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several days to a week. Please bear this in mind when purchasing.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will re-sell the lot and charge the difference if sold for a lower price, plus any agent and collection costs with interest in full. Please read the auction terms and sales conditions before bidding.

• bids are binding and no exchange or return rights apply

• the lot is sold as seen, but the seller warrants that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction end, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
