Holiday Club Lapinniemi Tampere Spa is located in central Tampere on the shores of Lake Näsijärvi in a former cotton mill that is over 100 years old.

Spacious and beautiful holiday apartments are close to the city centre. There is nothing nicer than enjoying the many activities, restaurants, theatres and shopping — and then returning after an active day to the peace of your holiday home or a dip in the spa’s bubbles. The same building houses the lovely Harmony Spa treatments and restaurants.

Walking routes start nearby where you can admire the views of Lake Näsijärvi.

The Lapinniemi area is excellent in every respect, with a short distance to the centre.

Tampere has lots to do also in winter: the spa, Särkänniemi aquarium and Näsinneula observation tower, museums (e.g. the Moomin Museum), cat café, bowling, escape rooms, minigolf, climbing, shopping, ice swimming holes and skating on Lake Näsijärvi. And, of course, many good restaurants.

Owning a holiday week means worry-free holidays. As an owner you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, including linen, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself there is good demand and the week is easy to rent out, or you can transfer the week to a friend — just inform reception who will collect the keys.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, linen, towels, parking, consumables, apartment and grounds maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer may use the apartment from week 2/2027 (Fri 8 January 2027 - Fri 15 January 2027).

Check-in 16:00 and check-out 12:00.
