The item is sold in the condition and with the accessories as stated in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items shown in the pictures are not included unless expressly stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return the item. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. New invoices issued afterwards with different information and other additional work will be charged to the buyer! Any unpaid taxes on vehicles always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take days or even weeks depending on different parties such as creditors, finance companies etc., and whether checks related to anti-money laundering and sanctions are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
