For items we have dispatched but which are not collected, we charge the same delivery fee shown for the item both for the return to us and for re-shipment. The item must be collected within 3 working days of the end of the listing or the time stated in the notification (where collection is possible). After that we charge storage at €10/day.

The delivery charge includes:
