For sale: a 2000 Toyota Celica, 2-door coupe, lowered with a kit and used in summer only. Road tax/usage valid until 26 October 2026. This isn’t a grocery-getter – this is a Celica: solid to drive, low, wide and always a little impatient, very fun.

Honesty above all
This is a 26-year-old sports car — not perfect or new, but all the more fun.

The paint shows bubbling and there are a few rust spots; considering the mileage it’s relatively rust-free and tidy. The tailgate gas struts have died so the hatch may not stay properly open. The fuel-flap release lever doesn’t stay in place but works. No winter tyres (summer use only), but the car has an engine block heater with an interior socket if you want to drive it in winter. It doesn’t mark its territory — fluids stay where they should, and it doesn’t consume oil. The battery was replaced this spring with a new one. It was taken out of traffic for the winter (stood stationary) and put back into use this spring.
