The lot is sold as it is and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the pictures are not included unless stated otherwise. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, removal, packing and transportation of the item and for related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership 14 days after sale (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction information; bid with the correct identifiers. New invoices issued afterwards with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid taxes on vehicles always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days to weeks depending on other parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and whether anti-money laundering and sanctions checks on the buyer are carried out. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
