For sale is a heavily used Hiace, which may still be partly mechanically operational.

Let's start with the good news:

• The vehicle is VAT-liable — who knows, this purchase might turn your company's finances around!

• The engine appears to run smoothly

• The car was driven from Pori to Tampere without problems

• Brakes work, although the pedal is somewhat soft

• Rear shock absorbers have just been renewed

• Summer tyres are practically new, estimated 9 mm

• Winter tyres appear from the window to have good-condition studs, estimated 7 mm

• Both driver and passenger manual windows operate

• The cabin is in surprisingly good shape for its age and mileage

• Windshield is OK

• The vehicle is NOT prohibited from driving; it is allowed to be driven until 15 June 2026!

Now for the challenging and exciting news:

• The vehicle is rather battered

• The tailgate does not open

• The sliding door opens only about ten centimetres

• The inspection fault list is long — see below

• The brake force regulator mechanism is damaged (failed)

• The rear axle mounting is loose (failed)

• There is rust damage on the chassis, sill and door hinges (failed)

• The lower wishbone ball joint is loose — the body is damaged (failed)

• Low beam does not work (repair recommended)

• Rear-view mirror is broken (repair recommended)

• Auxiliary lights do not work (repair recommended)

• Trailer electrical connector is damaged (repair recommended)

• Rear fog light does not work (repair recommended)

• Steering lock does not work (repair recommended)

• Lastly and least importantly, the number of auxiliary lights is too many (repair recommended)

All in all, the car can no longer be described as new.

After the auction ends we store the item free of charge for 3 working days. Please arrange to collect your auction purchase as soon as possible.
For additional days we charge a storage fee of €25/day.
