Auto-darkening welding mask

An auto-darkening helmet is designed to protect the eyes and face during welding from sparks, spatter and harmful UV and IR radiation.

The mask is suitable for welding by all arc methods – manual metal arc (MMA) with coated electrode, and semi-automatic MIG‑MAG and TIG gas‑shielded welding. It is also possible to use TIG low‑current welding (20 A).

The filter cartridge has two light sensors that react to the welding arc and automatically detect the start of welding, activating the auto‑darkening function. After the work is finished the filter automatically returns to the light state.

The auto‑darkening filter has two independent power sources:

• built‑in battery powered by a solar cell
• two external AAA batteries

Adjustable parameters and mask size allow the product to be adapted to the type of work and customer requirements.
