2 pcs fine pinfire revolvers, circa 1878.

Genuine; no purchase permit required.

Fires cartridges.

Length approximately 20 cm and calibre 7 mm.

Lightly used firearms, no play in the cylinders; the cylinder edges are sharp and the chambers are round.

In good condition; works well in single-action and may be shootable in single-action.

Cylinder turns smoothly.

In double-action it only raises the hammer intermittently when the trigger is pressed; it therefore needs servicing and oil.

On the other gun the trigger return spring is taped to the barrel; pressing the trigger lifts the hammer but it neither fires nor locks even in single-action.

The cylinder clicks nicely when turned by hand; it also rotates with hammer movement but not perfectly—this one needs more work.
