Samsung Galaxy A53 5G smartphone offers a 16.5 cm (6.5") Super AMOLED touchscreen with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a 5000 mAh battery with 25 W fast charging, a 64+12+5+5 MP camera system and next-generation 5G readiness. It is protected against dust and water with an IP67 rating and incredibly durable Gorilla Glass 5.

Display
The Galaxy A53 5G is equipped with a 16.5 cm Infinity-O touchscreen that provides a 1080 x 2400 pixel Full HD+ resolution. The Infinity-O design maximises the screen area to the edges. Thanks to Super AMOLED technology it delivers better energy efficiency than LCDs, accurate colours and deep blacks. The 120 Hz refresh rate gives a smoother multimedia experience, ideal for gaming, video playback and browsing social media.

Cameras
On the rear is a 64+12+5+5 megapixel quad-camera system with an LED flash. The 64 MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture offers Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and autofocus for sharp images even in low light. The 12 MP ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.2 aperture is ideal for architecture and landscapes, the 5 MP macro camera lets you shoot close-ups, and the 5 MP depth sensor enables stylish portrait shots with blurred backgrounds. The 32 MP front camera (f/2.2) is placed in the Infinity-O display cut-out.

Performance, connectivity and storage
The Exynos 1280 processor includes two high-performance cores at 2.4 GHz and six energy-efficient cores at 2.0 GHz, offering excellent performance and good energy efficiency. The processor supports 5G data, high-speed Wi‑Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 for a smoother, faster and lower-latency experience. Storage can be expanded up to 1 TB with a microSD card.

Battery and charging
The device is powered by a 5000 mAh battery, lasting up to two days per charge. The phone charges via USB‑C and supports 25 W fast charging, which can charge the battery to 50% in around 30 minutes.
