This business requires the Buyer to have strong practical knowledge of Chinese personal postal customs clearance (个人行邮 / gèrén xíngyóu), including:

– Knowledge of China Customs personal import regulations

– Experience with EMS shipment customs clearance

– Ability to advise and support end customers through the customs process

– Relationships with, or experience working with, Chinese customs agents

Without this expertise, continuation of the business is not feasible.
