The item is sold as seen and with the equipment it has at the time of the listing and sale. Other items shown in photos are not included unless stated otherwise. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for safe detachment, transfer, packing and removal of the item and any related costs. Items not collected will revert to the seller’s ownership after 14 days (unless agreed otherwise) and the purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is carried out using the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. New invoices issued afterwards with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days to even weeks depending on various parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and whether checks related to anti-money laundering and sanctions are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence processing time.
