Please note that a well-maintained item is not new. Below are examples of condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most some dust.

• Good: The chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the crosspiece. Electric desk tops may have a small scratch/light wear or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The chair upholstery may have a few small stains or one slightly larger stain and marks on the crosspiece. Electric desk tops may have more visible scratches or marks and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless otherwise stated, but some may be slightly stiff (e.g. on chairs). Often an older model or faded upholstery compared with new, but functional—classified as satisfactory.

• Fair: The chair upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the crosspiece is scratched. Electric desk tops have several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff (e.g. on chairs).

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that we charge a €50/day storage fee unless otherwise agreed.
