The seized object is sold through a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 20/04/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.
Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
The buyer's obligation to pay begins when the offer is accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Detailed payment instructions will be given to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.
