Sold at auction: Ford Transit 2.2 TDCi. A generously sized van that’s ideal for renovation runs. The vehicle was MOT-tested with us and had welding work (approx. €1,000), so it should be suitable for carrying blocks to sites and removing copper pipework. Fitted with a Webasto heater, air conditioning, towbar and decent winter tyres. The engine uses a timing chain. See pictures, read the listing and place a bid.

Technical:
- Test driven 150 km. Recently MOT-tested.
- Engine is a 2.2-litre turbocharged chain-driven unit. Oil OK, coolant OK and clear. Runs and starts OK. No warning lights. Economical to run.
- Gearbox is a 5-speed manual. Gearbox and clutch feel normal.
- Brakes OK, including the handbrake.
- Electrical systems OK. Webasto and air conditioning were not tested and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Chassis OK; the van feels normal to drive.

Body, interior, windscreen
- See photos for the body. There are quite a few issues on the body e.g. sills, front panel and thresholds.
- Interior OK, normal wear.
- Windscreen OK.


Maintenance and history:

- Service book has been photographed
- Sold new to Finland. No reported accident history. Previous owner had the vehicle for almost 11 years.

- The vehicle comes with key, tyres, instruction and service books.
- Partial equipment: air conditioning, parking heater with timer (not tested), cruise control, power steering, airbag, ABS brakes, traction control, VAT-deductible, electric windows, multifunction steering wheel
