The auctioned material is owned by the Defence Forces and therefore the seller is the Defence Forces. The sale is conducted on behalf of the seller by Millog Oy. The purchase price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added to the purchase price. If the lot is not collected by the stated time, the material will revert to the Defence Forces' ownership and the paid price will be retained in full by the Defence Forces to cover costs.
