Hydraulic pump for tractor PTO with gearbox - Output 16–41 L/min, Kempele

New unused hydraulic pump for a tractor PTO with gearbox (PTO pump).

Gearbox (reducer):

- Female shaft with quick-release locking. Fits directly onto the tractor PTO shaft

- For 2- and 3-series gear pumps

- Gear ratio 1:3.8

Hydraulic pump:

- Group 2

- Displacement 20 cm³/rev

- Connections: Inlet: G3/4" Pressure: G1/2"

- Max pump pressure 250 bar

Pump output at different engine speeds:

- 800 rpm — 16 L/min

- 1200 rpm — 24 L/min

- 1600 rpm — 32 L/min

- 2000 rpm — 41 L/min

The rotation direction in this package is set correctly when the tractor PTO, viewed from the rear, rotates clockwise.

Gearboxes are delivered without oil.

Before first use, fill with SAE 90 oil to the sight-glass level; change oil after approx. 50 hours.

Thereafter, change roughly once a year.

The following actions are required when installing a new hydraulic pump:

• The hydraulic fluid used in the system must be absolutely clean before the new pump is put into service.

• Drain the hydraulic system and clean the tank and suction strainer.

• Replace the filter and fill with clean oil.

• Bleed the pump and reset the relief valve.

• Run the pump unloaded for half an hour and gradually increase the load until the equipment manufacturer's recommendation is reached.

• The drive shaft must not be subjected to excessive axial or radial forces.

• Use only O-rings designed for the purpose when connecting the pump. Check rotation direction.

• Pressure and suction lines must be sized for the actual flow.

• Check the relief valve setting with a pressure gauge.
