The item is sold without seller's warranty and the buyer has no right of exchange or return.

Offers are binding. The buyer always has the opportunity, under the terms, to inspect the item in advance.

For shares or real estate, any paid deposit is non‑refundable if the buyer cancels the purchase.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

The buyer must always disconnect equipment from electrical or water supplies safely at their own expense.

Items must be collected within one week of the auction ending, unless the bidder is notified otherwise.

If the purchase is not collected within a week the bidder will be charged storage costs invoiced accordingly.

If won items must be moved from the rented premises to our warehouse after a week, we will charge the bidder for transfer costs.

The sold goods do not include VAT as the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
