The item has been photographed for the listing by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so latent defects not noticed when the listing was made may exist.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the item, the premises and any company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-purchase inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each auction has its own collection fee; if you win multiple auctions, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults and omissions.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check any matters related to your purchase decision beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and inspection status from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.
