The bankruptcy estate is selling the storage building shown in the photos. Items inside the storage building are included in the lot.


Movable items inside the structure are included in the lot and the buyer must remove all items.

A Hiab truck can reach beside the lot (see last photo).


The lot must be collected on 02/04/2026 between 09:00 and 13:00. The buyer may also collect later independently, but no later than 12/04/2026. The bankruptcy estate/seller has no further responsibility for the lot after 02/04/2026 at 13:00. If the buyer does not collect the lot on 02/04/2026 it is still recommended to visit to inspect the lot then.


THE LOT MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ACCEPTANCE!


After acceptance of the bid the buyer will receive payment and collection instructions by email (see Huutokaupat.com's 'pickup instructions' field).
