• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are sold from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a qualified inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to verify any outstanding tax, registration and inspection details using Traficom's public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.
