Safe felling requires great care and precision. Forget felling bars, old-fashioned wedges, strap ratchets and luck. The Jokijärvi wedge can be used in several ways — with a battery impact wrench, a ratchet wrench or a powerful cordless tool. Easy to carry.

The device is simple: once the desired felling direction is chosen and the required felling notch has been cut into the tree, the wedge is placed into the saw cut and the trigger is pressed. The threaded rod driven by the cordless tool pushes the wedge forward between the stainless steel lamellae, opening the saw cut and causing the tree to fall in the chosen direction.

The mechanical felling guide generates the force needed to fell trees precisely in the desired direction without tiring the cutter. The safety distance must be twice the length of the tree being felled. A single 4 Ah battery can fell dozens of trees.
