ABOUT IONISATION:
Negative ions produced into indoor air cause light, positively charged particles to aggregate and fall out of the breathing zone, because the larger, heavier molecules quickly settle.

Negative ionisation also breaks down volatile organic compounds in the air that are harmful when inhaled. Toxic compounds produced by many microbes — microbial toxins — are extremely harmful if they enter the lungs and then the bloodstream. Heavy microbial toxins that do not mix into indoor air cause harm mainly via spores, which are the producers of these dangerous toxins.

The effectiveness of ozone (O3) and negative air ionisation is based on achieving high concentrations.

When the device produces negative ions in addition to ozone, its effectiveness is 5–10 times better than ozone alone, and high concentrations remove spores and odours effectively even from porous materials such as upholstery and bedding.

Fine particles in indoor air pose a serious health risk in homes and workplaces.

Harmful fine particles are carried into the lower lungs (alveoli) via breathing and then into the bloodstream, causing serious health problems in addition to asthma and allergies.

Ozonation and negative ionisation work particularly effectively in a positively pressurised building.

Ozone and negative air ionisation together form compounds that can efficiently remove microbial spores and various odours, for example sewage gases, smoke smells, bacterial and mould toxins, and stubborn cooking and tobacco odours.

Ozone and negative air ionisation also remove fine particles and MVOCs and VOCs from the air.

Ozonation and negative air ionisation provide a pleasant indoor air that is easy to breathe and where people feel comfortable.

Together they produce very clean indoor air suitable for workplaces.

Indoor ozonation cannot be performed while people are present, because ozone is produced in high concentrations to destroy microbial spores. The combined effect of high ozone concentration and negative ionisation achieves good cleaning results even in porous materials. After air treatment the space is ventilated before occupants may return.

Products are sold as they are at the time of auction and/or sale. There is no warranty in the auction lot unless expressly stated, and no right of exchange/return. Descriptions in the listing are the seller’s estimates of condition. The buyer is responsible for checking the condition and operation of the item and its accessories before placing a binding bid. If the buyer does not accept these auction terms they should not bid. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The cancellation fee for a binding sale is 10% of the sale price, but at least €200. The cancellation fee is considered an amount that is not subject to VAT under VAT law.

The item must be collected/shipped no later than one week after the auction ends.
