January frosts proved fatal for the OM651 — engine seized. I have not investigated further.


Excellent service history. Aside from the engine, the only known faults are a non-working rear parking sensor, rear brakes worn to the minimum, early-stage rust in the rear door openings and wear on the driver’s seat. The car comes with new rear parking sensors and rear-brake small parts.


Within the last two years the starter motor, alternator, battery and fuel lift pump have been replaced. Rear axle air springs changed 4 years ago and the compressor serviced, so the rear stays up.


Summer tyres (17″ / 43 cm) used one summer, winter tyres (16″ / 41 cm) one and a half winters.
