Inverter Welding Machine 330A MMA TIG LIFT VRD

A modern inverter welding machine by Kraft&Dele designed for arc welding with covered electrodes. Covered electrode welding is an arc welding method using a consumable metal electrode coated with a flux.

The unit is intended for manual electric welding with electrodes 1.6–5.0 mm, depending on the chosen material and its thickness. Smooth welding current adjustment allows optimal welding even for beginners.

The welder is equipped with a VRD system (Voltage Reduction Device) that lowers the welding torch voltage when welding is not in progress. This increases user safety by minimising the risk of electric shock. The correct voltage is restored when the arc is struck again.

WELDING METHODS
MMA – uses a coated electrode consisting of a metal core covered with a compressed coating (rutile, basic, acidic)
TIG LIFT – a TIG process with a non-consumable electrode under inert gas shielding, used for welding alloy steels (not suitable for aluminium). This method produces very high-quality welds.
