• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been professionally inspected. They are sold straight from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage and were photographed by the seller for the listing. As there has been no formal inspection, hidden defects not noticed in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection by bidder The bidder must familiarise themselves with the premises, company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been noticed during a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery options and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact the seller. The item must be paid before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Goods origin: The items come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection details via the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer fully to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the original price and the new selling price, plus any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms before placing a bid.

• the item is sold as seen, but the advertiser guarantees that the information provided in the listing is correct
