• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are from active use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. As the item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must, before placing an offer, inspect the premises and any company documents and records relating to the lot. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The auction must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each bid has its own collection fee; if you bid on several items, the collection fee must be paid for each. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing an offer. Items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Before purchase, always check all relevant matters such as vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and the sales terms before placing an offer.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as-is, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the offer is no longer binding on the bidder
