This cleaner has three different functions:

• Bubble removal / Degas

The ultrasonic cleaner’s bubble removal (de-gassing) removes dissolved air and gases from the cleaning fluid before the actual cleaning. Although ultrasonic cleaning works via bubbles (cavitation), excessive air in the water reduces cleaning power because air absorbs ultrasonic energy. This increases cleaning efficiency by around 30% and provides extra protection for more delicate items.

• Gentle / Half power

Ultrasonic cleaning is performed at reduced power; this setting is intended for more delicate parts (e.g. watches, jewellery, precision mechanical parts, electronics).

• Full power

Ultrasonic cleaning is performed at full power, removing even stubborn grease and dirt.

Note! This is a new, updated model that differs from older “basic” models sold here and elsewhere:

• more functions (gentle cleaning, full power and degas)

• three ultrasonic transducers (most others have only one). More even, faster and more effective cleaning!

• 500 W heating power (others typically 220 W or less)

• a tap on the side of the cleaner to which the supplied hose connects, so cleaning water can be drained easily and in a controlled way
