A modern inverter welding machine by Kraft&Dele designed for arc welding with coated electrodes. Coated-electrode welding is an arc-welding method using a consumable metal electrode coated with a flux.

Device intended for manual electric welding with electrodes 1.6–5.0 mm, depending on the chosen material and its thickness. Smooth current adjustment allows optimal welding even for beginners.

The machine is equipped with a VRD system (Voltage Reduction Device) that lowers the torch voltage when welding is not taking place. This increases user safety by minimising the risk of electric shock. Normal voltage returns when the arc is reignited.


WELDING METHODS
MMA  - uses a coated electrode consisting of a metal core covered with a pressed coating (rutile, basic, acidic)
TIG LIFT  - a TIG process using a non-consumable electrode under an inert gas shield, used for alloy steels (not suitable for aluminium). This method provides the highest-quality welds.
