Condition grade Good indicates the Rudolf chair is still in excellent condition and ready to serve you and your team efficiently.

The furniture is used. You are welcome to inspect the item if you wish.

Please note that a furniture in good condition is not new. Below are more detailed examples of condition levels that apply to all items:

• Like new: The furniture is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: Upholstery of an office chair may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: Upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scuffs on the frame. All adjustments work unless otherwise stated, but they may be slightly stiffer, e.g. in an office chair. Often an older model and faded upholstery compared with new, but a functioning chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: Upholstery is dirty or considerably worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top may have several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer in an office chair.

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection is from our central warehouse; more detailed collection information will be sent by email to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we will charge a storage fee of 50/day unless otherwise agreed.
