Both devices were purchased from Verkkokauppa.com some time ago; it’s unclear whether any warranty remains. The problem is there is no official importer or service, interest in the devices has dwindled, and my wife wants them gone to stop causing annoyance.

The Flexi Pro was used for perhaps a week until our toddler knocked it over and it then stopped suctioning. Apparently the vacuum motor has failed. The original box is missing, which makes shipping awkward.

The Dyad Pro Combo appears to only need a thorough clean and possibly a brush-roll replacement. It wasn’t used much because it stood waiting for a new water tank. The wrong one was shipped from Poland; I ordered the correct part from AliExpress.

AliExpress has pretty much all the parts needed for these, and for a long time was the main resale channel for these Chinese machines. It wouldn’t be a big job to fix them, but I have many other items to repair.

At their best these are very good all-in-one cleaning machines — great for a small flat, vacuuming and mopping at the same time. For the heavy-handed users in our household they are, however, too prone to faults. The sale includes the machines, docks and any accessories we can find.
