Auto-darkening welding mask

An auto-darkening helmet is designed to protect the eyes and face during welding from sparks, spatter and harmful UV and IR radiation.

The mask is suitable for welding with all arc methods – shielded MMA electrodes and semi-automatic MIG‑MAG and TIG gas-shielded welding. It is also possible to use TIG low-current welding (from 20 A).

The filter cassette has two light sensors that react to the welding arc and automatically detect the start of welding and activate the auto-darkening function. After work the filter automatically returns to the light state.

The auto-darkening filter has two independent power sources:

  • built-in battery powered by a solar cell
  • two external AAA batteries

Adjustable parameters and helmet size allow the product to be adapted to the type of work and customers’ expectations.
