The furniture is used. You are welcome to inspect the item if you wish.

Please note that a well‑kept item is not new. Below are more detailed examples of condition that apply to all furniture:

• Like new: The furniture is as good as new with no defects, at most some dust.

• Good: Upholstery on an office chair may have a single small stain, some pilling or minor wear on the base. A sit‑stand desk top may have a small scratch/light wear or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is tidy and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: Office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or one slightly larger stain and marks on the base. A sit‑stand desk top may show more visible scratches or marks and/or the frame may have scratches. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiff (e.g. on an office chair). Older models with faded upholstery but functioning are classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: Office chair upholstery is noticeably dirty or heavily worn and the base is scratched. A sit‑stand desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff (e.g. on an office chair).

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection is from our central warehouse; detailed collection information will be sent to the winning bidder by email.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that we charge a €50/day storage fee unless otherwise agreed.

Detailed collection instructions will be emailed after the auction ends.
