The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 27 Feb and 22 Mar 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer shall decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase feature. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the www.huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be received no later than Thursday 19 Mar 2026 at 16:15 at the Enforcement Authority's Jyväskylä office, Vapaudenkatu 54, 40100 Jyväskylä, or by email to jyvaskyla.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

An extension of up to six weeks for payment of the balance may be granted if necessary. Any payment period will be notified separately. If an extension is granted, annual interest on the full purchase price shall be charged in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If no extension is granted, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the offer.

If payment is not made within the time specified, the buyer shall pay default interest on the full purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale is completed. The default interest rate is currently 9.50%.

Other information

The asset has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by public sale, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Right of appeal

An enforcement appeal against the sale or related/pre-sale actions must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sale decision.
