The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quick-to-install 12 m² (3,000 × 4,000 mm) pressure‑treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. The delivery is comprehensive — you only need a screwdriver/driver to assemble the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×4 prefabricated terrace is made of elements and is an easy and fast-to-install solution. In appearance and durability it corresponds to a traditional, site-built terrace.

Patio Classic has a stylishly simple appearance: the decking is continuous with no end joints. The decking is made from solid, sturdy 145 mm wide pressure‑treated boards. The edge boards are fitted horizontally; terraces with low adjustable legs are supplied with a single perimeter board run, while those with high adjustable legs have two perimeter board runs.

The terrace is delivered as four ready-made elements measuring 1,000 mm × 3,000 mm each. Each terrace element is light enough to be carried and moved by 2–3 people.

Installation is straightforward — you only need a screw driver/driver for the work. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed onto concrete slabs using adjustable legs. The legs allow for small unevennesses at the installation site and minor ground level variations. The low adjustable leg tolerates height variations up to 40 mm, the high leg up to 80 mm. Depending on the leg used, the terrace height from ground to top surface is 266–306 mm with low legs or 306–386 mm with high legs. The delivery includes a landscaping fabric to prevent weeds growing under the terrace. Installation is done by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt, and fixing the next element into position. Elements are joined with screw connections. The joint is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and required bits are included.

Patio prefabricated terraces are easy to extend and equip later, for example with railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that fitting accessories afterwards is straightforward.

The terrace frame is manufactured from efficiently protected, ground‑contact suitable A‑class pressure‑treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame have been treated with preservative and the screw connections are made with stainless steel screws. Patio prefabricated terraces come with a five‑year structural warranty.
