New AirPods are compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices running iOS 12.2 or later. They also work with Apple Watch models running watchOS 5.2 or later and Macs running macOS 10.14.4 or later.

Pairing and integration
Pairing AirPods with an iPhone is extremely easy. Hold the charging case next to the iPhone and tap the connect button on the screen. The earbuds turn on and connect automatically when removed from the case. They also set up automatically with Apple Watch, Mac or iPad via iCloud integration.

Battery life
