A safe felling requires great care and precision. Forget felling irons, old-fashioned wedges, strap ratchets and luck. The Jokijärvi wedge can be used in several ways — with a cordless impact wrench, a ratchet wrench or a powerful cordless drill. Easy to carry.

The device's principle is simple: once the chosen felling direction is set and the required felling notch is cut, the wedge is inserted into the saw cut and the trigger is pressed. The drill-driven threaded rod pushes the wedge forward between stainless-steel lamellae, opening the saw cut and causing the tree to fall in the desired direction.

The mechanical felling-direction device produces the force to fell trees exactly in the intended direction easily and without tiring the faller. The safety distance must be twice the length of the tree being felled. One 4 Ah battery can fell dozens of trees.
