The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

The buyer must always safely disconnect equipment from power or water supplies at their own cost.

Items must be collected within one week of the auction ending, unless otherwise notified to the bidder.

If an item is not collected within a week, the bidder will be charged storage fees according to invoice.

If bid items need to be moved from the rented premises to our storage after one week, we will charge the bidder the transfer costs.
