Elegant Steelcase Coalesse lounge chair. Condition: Satisfactory — a hole in the upholstery on the side of the chair. Overall appearance tidy!

The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it if you wish.

Please note that "good condition" does not mean new. Below are examples of condition levels that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair's upholstery may have a single small stain, slight piling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: An office chair's upholstery may have a few smaller stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but they may be a little stiff (e.g. on office chairs). Often an older model with faded upholstery compared to new, but a functioning office chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Fair: An office chair's upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may, for example, be stiffer on office chairs.

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Pickup is from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be provided separately.

After that we charge a storage fee of €50/day unless otherwise agreed.
