The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it if you wish.

Please note that a furniture item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition levels that apply to all items:

• Like new: The furniture is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The office chair upholstery may have a small stain, some pilling or slight wear on the base. A sit‑stand desk top may have a small scratch or light wear or marks on the frame. Overall the items look tidy and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a slightly larger stain and marks on the base. A sit‑stand desk top may show more visible scratches or marks and/or scuffs on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer, e.g. on chairs. Often older models with faded upholstery are classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: The office chair upholstery is dirty or heavily worn and the base is scratched. A sit‑stand desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff, for example on chairs.

Won items must be collected within one week of the auction win. Collection is from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of €50/day unless otherwise agreed.

Detailed pickup instructions will be sent by email once the auction ends.
