The Enforcement Authority is not liable for the operation of the service provider's system.

The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 9 March 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority at the following address:

The written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Other information

The property has been seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the item and the sales brochure. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the item. Therefore buyers should inspect the item before making an offer.

After payment of the purchase price, the buyer must arrange removal of the item as soon as possible.

This must be agreed with the Senior Enforcement Inspector.

The buyer is responsible for transport costs.

The buyer should also ensure adequate insurance of the item after payment of the purchase price.

A certificate of transfer will be given on collection.
