Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products, of which our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet will apply.

Goods will be released to the auction winner, or to a third party with a power of attorney.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the purchase price for cancellation of a binding sale or an unpaid winning bid.
