Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and there is no right to return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; while collecting you can view additional products — our showroom has thousands of samples.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be handed over to the auction winner or to an authorised representative.

We charge a 10% compensation fee of the sale price for cancellation of a binding purchase or an unpaid winning bid.
