Warranty:

If you find cracked tiles, you can exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as-is at the time of sale and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.

The goods will be released to the winning bidder or to a third party with a power of attorney.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding purchase or for an unpaid winning bid.
