The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 16/02/2026 to 11/03/2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be delivered no later than 09/03/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at: Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Valtakatu 12 C, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment automation. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 09/03/2026 at 12:00 at the address: Utsökningsverket/Realisointi, Valtakatu 12 C, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service that the bid concerns. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the bid.
