The lot is sold without any seller warranty, and the buyer has no right to exchange or return.

Bids are binding. The buyer may, in accordance with the agreement, inspect the lot beforehand.

For shares or real estate, any paid deposit is non-refundable if the buyer cancels the purchase.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

The buyer must always safely disconnect equipment from electrical or water supplies at their own expense.

Items must be collected within one week of the auction ending, unless the buyer is otherwise notified.

If the lot is not collected within one week, the buyer will be charged storage fees according to the invoice.

If the purchased goods are moved from rented premises to our warehouse after one week, we will charge the buyer the transfer costs.

The goods are sold without VAT as the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
