PRONAR PDD830C mower-conditioner THAT IS UNUSED.

The design is based on the PDT 300 mower.

A new frame was developed for the PDD model by symmetrically adding the machine's left side. As a result, the machine retains all the kinematic and performance features of a rear-mounted mower.

The mower consists of two cutting bars, each with a working width of 3 m.

When fitted with a front mower with a minimum working width of 3 m, a total cutting width of 8.3 m is achieved.

An advantage of the design is the ability to adjust the ground pressure of the mower separately on both sides, ensuring excellent ground following. Thanks to a hydraulic cylinder and a three-stage spring lift (70, 80 and 90 kg), the machine can be adjusted for all ground types. Clean and accurate cutting at the optimal height is ensured by the Pronar cutting bar. The bevel gears driving the cutting bar are mounted in the upper beam, which increases the working range (–16° ÷ +18°) and balances the ground pressure on both sides. The drive is matched to tractors with a PTO speed of 1000 rpm.

Pay attention to the parts in direct contact with the ground, which are made of wear-resistant, hardened boron steel. For demanding surfaces, optional replaceable skids are available that raise the cutting bar 20 or 50 mm off the ground.

The mower is equipped on both sides with a multi-stage safety system including collision protection for the disc modules, a clutch system on the PTO shafts and a hydraulic valve system that controls the position of the cutting arms when passing an obstacle.

Transport is carried out with the cutting arms folded hydraulically into the upright position. Position changes are made hydraulically after releasing the safety locks. Road lights are available as an option.

The cutting bar is fitted with large gears that are continuously engaged via a pair of gears.

The gears are also polished to ensure smooth and quiet power transmission between the two discs.

The streamlined shape of the cutting bar reduces fuel consumption during work and thus the tractor's power requirement.

This also improves cutting quality.

The skids and discs are made of wear-resistant, hardened boron steel, as are all parts in contact with the ground.

Cutting height is adjustable between 30–70 mm by changing the tilt angle of the cutting bar. Optional high-cut skids are available to raise the bar a further 20 or 50 mm from the ground. This is particularly useful on uneven and stony meadows.

The bolted beam structure and modular design facilitate access to internal components. This reduces potential downtime and simplifies maintenance. With the specially designed quick-change wrench, 120 mm long blades can be changed quickly.

The conditioner removes the plant wax layer, which speeds drying, improves aeration and forms a loose, even swath. The conditioner fingers are rubber-damped.
